Key Features
1. Seat & Back Foam – Made of polyurethane raw material and molded by one-time foam forming with molds, featuring high density, high resilience and permanent anti-deformation performance. The 45–55 kg/m³ density ensures lasting comfort and support even after years of heavy use.
2. Fabric – Adopts premium wear-resistant fabric specially for seats, with moderate softness and comfortable hand feel. Multiple colors are optional to match any interior design. The fabric undergoes rigorous abrasion testing for long-term durability.
3. Seat & Back Outer Panels – Manufactured by hot-pressing high-quality veneers into multi-layer boards, then covered with high-grade wood veneers. After repeated polishing, the panels are finished with eco-friendly paint. They boast bright color, clear wood grain and zero peculiar smell. Custom wood veneer colors are available to suit your specific aesthetic needs.
4. Return Function – The seat cushion automatically rebounds when unoccupied. It employs a combined return structure of dampers and springs inside, with low failure rate and long service life. The main seat frame is constructed of steel frame equipped with five S-shaped serpentine springs, providing a comfortable sitting experience and outstanding durability.
5. Armrest Surface – The armrest surface is made of premium oak wood after dehydration, degreasing and precision finishing processes. It is coated with eco-friendly polyester paint for a smooth and delicate surface that resists wear and stains.
6. Frame Base – Integrally die-cast from high-quality aluminum alloy via molds. After grinding, polishing and anti-oxidation treatment, it receives high-temperature spray coating, featuring corrosion resistance and permanent rust prevention. The 5.0mm thick leg ensures stability and safety.
7. Writing Tablet – The base material is medium-density fiberboard (MDF), covered with melamine board on the surface, and fully sealed with PVC edge banding around four sides for long service life. The tablet can be folded and hidden inside the armrest frame when not in use, saving valuable space.
8. Side Panels – Made of MDF coated with eco-friendly adhesive and covered with the same fabric as seat and backrest. Adopting an internal plug-in installation design locked into the reserved slots of the frame, which effectively prevents the fabric from tearing and falling off over time.
