2. The backrest features a molded board with a fire-resistant board surface. Its frame is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel, stamped at the top and bottom and hemmed along the sides, then assembled using CO2 welding. Finishing includes grinding, polishing, derusting, phosphating, and high-temperature electrostatic powder coating.

3. The seat is made from multi-plywood shaped by hot-press molding and finished with a fire-resistant laminate. Eco-friendly paints and adhesives are used in assembly. The seat is designed for durable, colorfast, high-strength, age-resistant performance and comfortable use. Its panel connects to the integrated die-cast aluminum alloy bracket using a through-connection method.

4. The fixed desktop is made from MDF with a fire-resistant laminate surface. Its rounded front edge offers a comfortable place to rest hands during extended use. The other three sides are finished with an automated edge-banding machine and imported hot-melt adhesive, creating smooth, rounded edges without burrs to help reduce the risk of cuts.

5. The desktop support corner bracket is stamped from high-quality steel plate. It has a burr-free, weld-free construction and a surface coating designed to resist rust and support long-term durability.

6. The book net is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel and formed using precision molding. Its surface receives anti-oxidation treatment and high-temperature powder coating for strong adhesion, impact and corrosion resistance, and a finish designed to resist rust and fading.
