This finish is designed to provide strong adhesion, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and lasting color. Fully enclosed mounting holes and concealed anchor bolts create a neat finish. Two mounting holes in each support leg align with the armrest, while the 300mm-long leg base is designed to support secure floor anchoring and help keep passageways unobstructed. Mounting screws are concealed beneath the base and can be sized to suit flooring conditions. PP screw covers help keep the fixings covered for a safer, cleaner appearance.

2. The backrest frame is made from high-quality cold-rolled steel, formed by stamping and CO2 welding. It is then ground, polished, derusted, phosphated, electrostatically powder-coated, and cured in a high-temperature oven. Eco-friendly paints and adhesives are used, and the finish is designed for moisture resistance, durability, and color retention.

3. The seat panel is made from multi-layer board, hot-pressed in a mold, and finished with fire-resistant laminate. Eco-friendly adhesive and environmentally safe paint complete the surface. Integrated die-cast aluminum-alloy corner brackets use a through-connection design to help prevent detachment. The finished panel is designed for moisture resistance, durability, and color retention.

4. The fixed desktop has an MDF core with a fire-resistant laminate surface. Its rounded front edge provides a more comfortable place to rest your hands during extended use than a standard straight-edge design.

5. High-quality cold-rolled steel components are molded, treated for anti-oxidation, and finished with high-temperature spray coating. The surface is designed to offer strong adhesion, impact and corrosion resistance, and resistance to rust and fading.
